Planning Flag

Determines whether this sales order will be included in the demand calculations in Master Scheduling and Requirements Planning.  Possible values are Y (yes) and N (no).  This flag is set when the order is entered, based on the relief code and the sourcing warehouse: 

• For relief code = M (manufacturing), flag = Y.  
• For relief code = D (distribution) in a distribution warehouse, flag = N.  
• For relief code D in manufacturing warehouse, flag is Y or N depending on the Sales Order Planning flag for the warehouse.  This flag is defined on the Plant/Warehouse Description File.
