Percent Denominator Code
Percent Denominator Code
A one-position numeric code that specifies the percent denominator into which an account balance should be accumulated. The base percent denominator (such as net sales) is used to calculate the percentage of the base amount represented by a line printed on an Income Statement. Up to nine currency and statistical denominators can be used in each report. Valid codes are:
0 Do not include account in a base percent denominator amount.
1-9 Include account in a base percent denominator amount.
