Overlap Percent

Specifies the percentage of the order quantity that should be completed in the preceding operation before this operation can begin.  Cannot be entered for operation types 1, 2, 3, 6 or 7; either Overlap Percent or Overlap Quantity must be entered for operation types 4 and 5.  It cannot be greater than 100 and cannot be zero.
