Include Setup in Load

Required for all but miscellaneous cost workcenters (workcenter number greater than or equal 900 and numeric).  Must be either Yes (Y) or No (N).  This option determines whether the load arising from setup time will be included in the comparisons with available capacity in the Capacity Planning Module.  If the option is set to N, a workcenter will only be identified as overloaded if the run time exceeds capacity, without regard to setup requirements.
