Heading Description

Each heading description allows up to either 132 or 198 characters.  Each heading description that is entered will be printed on the report, being created, in the columns specified on the screen.  If blank heading lines are desired, a heading record does not need to be entered.  When a break in line numbers is detected, blank lines are printed to space the heading records.  For example, lines 3, 4, and 5 will be blank if only lines 2 and 6 are defined.
