From/To Fiscal Period/Year

The fiscal period/year combination defines the fiscal period for which transactions are processed.  If the to fiscal period/year is left blank, only the from period/year will be processed.  If both the from and the to period/year are entered, all fiscal periods within that range will be processed.  The from period/year cannot be blank if the to period/year is entered.  If both the from and the to year/period is left blank, the current fiscal year is assumed.
