Fiscal Document Number Flag

Indicates whether a fiscal document number should be assigned to invoices created for a standing payable.  Reference File category 200 specified whether fiscal numbering is used in the system.  Valid values are:

Y - Yes, a fiscal document number should be assigned. 

N - No, a fiscal document number should not be assigned.
