Engineering Change Order - Out

This field is used to specify the engineering change order that caused the parent/component relationship (in DE), or part/document relationship (in BD) to go out of effect.  The engineering change order must be defined on the Engineering Change File, which is maintained within Design Engineering. 

The changed product structure or document structure will go out of effect on the effectivity date associated with the engineering change order.
