Effective Capacity Labor Hrs/Days

The available labor hours per day as of the "from date" specified on a line.  This capacity is in effect until the "from" date on the following line.  This number is the total number of man-hours available per day, not the number of hours in the day.  Note that labor capacity can be defined for both machine-paced and labor-paced workcenters.
