Effective Capacity Hours - 1

Specifies the optimal capacity for the key facility in hours per working week.  This field is displayed on the key facility load report and inquiry.  The Effective Capacity Hours are compared to the calculated load (Total Run Hours) for the key facility for the week to determine if the key facility is overloaded or not.
