Company/Warehouse

A company/warehouse defines an entity within the organization.  Each company/warehouse must be defined on the Warehouse Description file. 

On several screens, the company/warehouse must be keyed before the conversation can be begin.  You may define a default company/warehouse for each user using Reference File category 428.  Once the user has been assigned to a company/warehouse, they will not need to key the warehouse number on these screens. 

You may also restrict access to information by user.  Warehouse authorization is defined on Reference File category 409, by associating a user with a particular company/warehouse.
