Base Price

The standard price per pricing unit for the part without discounts or price breaks.  This means that any discounts that apply to an order using this price list will deduct the discount amount from this base price rather than the part's warehouse balance price.  Note that the base price for each item is defined in terms of the price list unit of measure.  When retrieved onto a sales order line, this price is converted to the warehouse balance unit of measure.
