Apply Discount Flag

Indicates whether discounts are allowed to be applied to the base price of an order line.  This field defaults to Y-Yes, except for bundle parts.  This field may be changed as long as the firm price flag is not equal to Y - Yes.  The valid values for this field are Y - Yes and N - No.
