Application Basis

Required if a rate is entered.  For an overhead rate, indicate whether the rate is to be applied to labor hours or to machine hours.  If the workcenter is labor-paced, overhead must be applied to labor hours.  Valid values are 'L', Labor, and 'M', Machine.
