Allow Underpayments Flag

Indicates whether small balance underpayments of open items can be written off for the customer.  Valid values are:

Y - Allow small balance underpayment write-offs.

N - Do not allow small balance underpayment write-offs. 

If the Customer Class is entered, then this field will default with the value from the Reference File.
