Address

The mailing address of a bank, vendor.  The address is composed of the following fields:

Address line 1

Address line 2

Address line 3

      OR City, State, Zip

Country code

Some address fields have a fourth line for country code description.  Reference File category 133 determines which address format is used.  If the United States address format is used, the state code must exist on Reference File category 326.  If the country code is entered, it must exist on Reference File category 007.
