This screen is used to add or maintain the application control options used in Shop Floor Control processing.
POST ALTERNATES OPTION
Required. This option indicates whether only primary routings or both primary and alternative routings should be included when labor requirements are generated for a manufacturing order. Valid values are:
Y - Alternative operations will be included in the generated requirements for an order. If included, they may be invoked at any time during the life of an order.
N - Alternative routings will not be included in the generated requirements for an order.
POST COMMENTS OPTION
Required. This option indicates whether descriptive comments, as defined for a part''s standard routing, should be included when labor requirements are generated for a manufacturing order. Valid values are:
Y - Comments will be included in the set of operation steps generated for an order and will appear on shop paperwork printed for the order.
N - Comments will be excluded from the set of operation steps generated for an order.
If this flag is set to N, comments will be printed on shop paperwork only if they are maintained manually. You can use this option to limit the number of records on the Labor Requirements File.
SHOP FLOOR PRINT OPTION
Required. Must be either:
Y - All transactions are printed on the Shop Floor transaction register.
N - Only invalid transactions or transactions that have created warning messages are printed on the transaction register.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Update changes and return Menu.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without update.
