This screen displays the detail information for a specified on a manufacturing order.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The number of the manufacturing order being displayed.
ORDER START DATE
Display only. The scheduled beginning date for this manufacturing order.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. The number of pieces scheduled to be created from this manufacturing order.
ORDER DUE DATE
Display only. The scheduled completion date of the manufacturing order.
OPERATION NUMBER
Display only. The sequential number assigned to the manufacturing or assembly operation for the routing. The operation number is the first three digits, the operation line number is the last two digits.
QUANTITY AVAILABLE
Display only. The number of pieces available from the previous operation for processing at this operation. Typically, this is the quantity moved and/or completed from the previous operation.
ORDER STATUS CODE
Display only. This field displays the status of the manufacturing order. Valid values are:
Open - O
Firmed - F
Closed - C
Accounting Closed - Z
QUANTITY COMPLETED
Display only. The total number of pieces complete at this operation number/line number.
OPERATION TYPE
Display only. Valid operation types are:
1 - Standard
2 - Master
3 - Setup only overlap
4 - Run time overlap
5 - Setup and run time overlap
6 - Fixed time setup overlap
7 - Fixed time setup only overlap
QUANTITY SCRAPPED
Display only. The number of pieces scrapped for this operation. This quantity is in the stockkeeping unit of measure.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Display only. The workcenter associated with this operation number/line number.
CUMULATIVE SCRAP
Display only. The total of the scrap reported for this operation and any previous operations. Since scrap reported at any operation of a part is charged against the parent part, the cumulative scrap is simply the sum of scrap reported at earlier operations.
MACHINE/LABOR PACED FLAG
Display only. Used to specify whether the workcenter is machine paced (M) or labor paced (P).
QUANTITY MOVED
Display only. The number of pieces which have been completed and transferred to the next operation.
HOURS PER DAY
Display only. The total number of hours worked per day at this operation number/line number.
QUANTITY SHIPPED
Display only. The quantity that has been shipped for this manufacturing order.
MOVE HOURS
Display only. The average number of hours spent moving materials from another workcenter during the processing of an order. Shop Floor uses this to offset the operation start times when consecutive operations take place in different workcenters.
LABOR HOURS REPORTED
Display only. The actual hours reported by an employee at a labor-paced operation.
QUEUE HOURS
Display only. The standard number of hours spent queuing between consecutive operations within this workcenter. This will be used by Shop Floor to offset operation start times.
LABOR HOURS EARNED
Display only. The number of labor hours earned at standard. This is calculated as follows:
Total Quantity Complete (labor paced operation) X Piece Rate (hours per piece)
CREW OPERATION
Display only. Specifies whether or not this operation is performed by a crew. It must be a labor-paced operation if the crew operation flag is Y.
LABOR EFFICIENCY
Display only. This is an efficiency indicator calculated as follows:
Labor Efficiency % = (Labor Hours Earned/Direct Reported Labor Hours) X 100
NUMBER OF PERSONS
Required. The number of persons required for a labor-paced operation.
MACHINE HOURS REPORTED
Display only. This actual machine run hours reported by an operator at a machine paced operation.
NUMBER OF MACHINES
Required. The number of machines required for a machine-paced operation.
MACHINE HOURS EARNED
Display only. The machine hours earned at standard. This is calculated as follows:
Total Quantity Complete (machine based operation) X Piece Rate (hours per piece)
SETUP HOURS
Display only. The number of hours required to set up this operation.
MACHINE EFFICIENCY
Display only. This is an efficiency indicator calculated as follows:
Machine Efficiency % = (Machine Hours Earned/ Direct Report Machine Hours) X 100
PIECE RATE
Display only. Either the number of pieces made per hour or the number of hours it takes to manufacture a piece dependent upon the specified plant-wide standard. This standard is specified on the Warehouse Description File (IC170M) for the manufacturing warehouse defined in this plant.
SCHEDULED START
Display only. The planned start date of this operation step for the manufacturing order as generated by the Labor Requirements Generation program.
OVERLAP
Display only. The percentage of the order quantity that should be complete in the preceding operation before this operation can begin.
SCHEDULED DUE
Display only. The due date or expected completion date of this operation step as generated by the Labor Requirements Generation program.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to previous screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F5 - Used to display information for the preceding operation on the order.
F6 - Used to display detailed information for the following operation on the order.
F9 - Enter Labor Requirements Maintenance.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
