This screen allows recording of time spent setting up an operation.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned on the Select screen.
ORDER NUMBER
Required. Must be a valid manufacturing order with a status of Open or Closed.
OPERATION NUMBER AND OPERATION LINE NUMBER
Required. Enter the operation number and line number against which the setup was performed.
EMPLOYEE
Required. Enter the employee number.
SHIFT NUMBER
Required. Enter the number of the shift on which the setup was performed.
LABOR HOURS/FROM-TO TIME OR SETUP HOURS
Required. This field allows you to enter the number of hours worked OR the time that the employee started and stopped setting up the operation, dependent upon an installation option.
MACHINE NUMBER
Required if machine paced, optional if lab paced. The machine where the setup work was performed.
REVERSAL CODE
Optional. Enter an R to back out a transaction previously recorded.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Update changes.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without update.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Labor Requirements Inquiry.
F10 - Select a Time Recording function.
F12 - Calls the standard Comments Master Maintenance Program (CF190E) to add comments for the manufacturing order.
F15 - Respecify the data.
F17 - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
F19 - Select a Material Recording function.
F24 - Display additional command keys that are valid for the current screen.
