Machine and Labor Performance Reporting
Machine and Labor Performance Reporting
Comprehensive workcenter performance reporting is possible in terms of machine, labor, or crew efficiency, and machine or labor utilization by selected period.
Workcenters are defined as machine or labor paced when they are initially set up. Operations carried out in a machine-paced workcenter are machine intensive; those carried out in a labor-paced workcenter are labor intensive.
There are four basic types of performance reports:
· Machine/Labor Efficiency by Workcenter
· Machine/Labor Utilization by Workcenter
· Crew Efficiency by Workcenter
· Efficiency and Utilization Summary for All Workcenters
If the summary report is requested, the report program checks for workcenters with efficiency or utilization exceptions. Full detail efficiency or utilization reports are printed for these workcenters, in addition to the summary report. This processing is automatic; it does not require a specific user request.
