The Function Select screen (RP320S01) is displayed.

Used to see how forecast is being consumed.

Planning Action Detail Report

The detail report request screen (RP310S01) is displayed.

Used to request printing of the Planning Action Detail Report.

The Projected Inventory Cost Summary Request screen (RP110S02) is displayed.

Used to enter parameters  that control the type of generation to be performed and the amount of printed output for the Planning Action Report.

Requirements Review Inquiry

The Requirements Review  Program (RP800E) is loaded.

The Function Select screen (RP800S01) is displayed.

Used to display all requirements (forecast, component, safety stock, and customer order) and all manufacturing, purchase, and transfer orders for a specified part.

Simulation Schedule Maintenance

The Simulation Schedule Maintenance Program (RP140E) is loaded.

The Function Select screen (RP140S01) is displayed.

Used to manipulate simulated schedules that were created through Requirements Planning Generation, and to see the schedules in a daily, weekly, monthly, or user-defined format.

Simulation Schedule Reconciliation

SIMREC

The Simulation Schedule Reconciliation Program (RP150E) is loaded.

The Function Select screen (RP150S01) is displayed.

Used to compare simulated orders with actual orders.  It also allows users to make changes to the simulated orders before these changes are posted to the actual orders.

Reference File Maintenance

The Reference File Maintenance Program (CF110E) is called.

The Function Select screen (CF110S1A) is displayed.

Used to update system parameters and codes.

Reference File Inquiry

Used to view system parameters and codes.

The DSPMSG command is submitted for the workstation.

Used to view AS/400 system messages that have been sent to this workstation's message queue.

Release Submitted Jobs

The Submit Pending Jobs Program (CF070E) is loaded.

The module screen (CF070S02) is displayed.

Used to submit batch jobs (such as report requests) for processing.  The jobs must have already been requested through other menu options.  All pending jobs for the module are displayed and can be selected for submission.

Work with Submitted Jobs

RPWRKSBMJOB

The WRKSBMJOB command is submitted for the user's sign-on ID.

Used to determine the status of batch jobs after they have been submitted for processing.  The job can be routed to a different job queue or printer queue, it can be deleted from the system (if it has not run yet), or any spooled files can be viewed.

Transaction Review

RPTRNREV

The Requirements Planning Transaction Review Program (RP300E) is loaded.

The reference number entry screen (RP300S01) is displayed.

Used to view requests for batch jobs that have not yet been submitted.  Requests are displayed for the specified user ID (reference number).  As each request is displayed, it can be deleted.  No other changes are allowed to the requests.

The Error File Inquiry Program (DE960E) is loaded.

The Error File Inquiry screen (DE960S01) is displayed.

Used to view a specific error number and the associated error message.
