This screen lists the schedules (delivery conditions) for which a planner is responsible.  Enter an X in the Select field if you want to send a firm schedule to the vendor; a D if you want to view a draft of the schedule that you will send to the vendor; or an R if you want to retransmit a firm schedule.  Retransmit is only allowed for EDI File schedules.  Paper schedules are sent in detail.  Schedules that have previously been selected for transmission will be displayed in red and cannot be maintained.

COMPANY/WAREHOUSE

Display only.  This is the company/warehouse in which the delivery conditions have been specified.  It defaults to the company/warehouse that was entered on the Function Select screen.

PLANNER CODE

Display only.  This is the planner who is sending schedules.  The planner must be defined in Reference File category 235.

SELECT

Required.  You must enter one of the following options:

X - An X indicates that you are sending a firm schedule.

D - A D indicates that you are sending a draft schedule.

R - An R indicates that you retransmitting the last firm transmission.  You may only enter an R for EDI or file transmissions only.

VENDOR NUMBER

Display only.  This is the vendor who will be receiving the schedule.

VENDOR NAME

Display only.  This is the vendor who will be receiving the schedule.

TRANSMISSION MODE

Display only.  The transmission mode information defaults from the Delivery Conditions File.  It identifies the method that is used to send the schedule to the vendor.  The transmission modes are defined on Reference File category G53.  Valid values are:

A - EDI (ANSI)

F - Fax

G - EDI (ODETTE)

M - Minitel

P - Paper

DETAIL/SUMMARY

Display only.  This field indicates whether the schedule is a detail or summary transmission.  Valid values are:

D - Detail

S - Summary

Only paper schedules may be transmitted in detail.

LAST TRANSMISSION

Display only.  This is the date when the last firm schedule was sent to the vendor.

NEXT TRANSMISSION

Display only.  This is the date when the next firm schedule should be sent to the vendor.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Process data entered on the screen.

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Exit program without processing the entered data.

F10   - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
