Schedules are delivery requests that are sent to a vendor by a planner. This conversation allows a planner to select vendors to whom schedules should be sent. This screen allows two options:
o to display all vendors to whom schedules should be sent as of today (i.e., the next transmission date is less than or equal to today's date)
o to display all vendors assigned to the planner, regardless of the next transmission date. This option may be used to retransmit a schedule, print a draft schedule, send a schedule prior to its next transmission date, etc.
Regardless of the option, only summary schedules or schedules that have a transmission mode that uses paper output (as specified on Reference File category G53) will be displayed.
Vendors may receive schedules via three transmission formats:
o Paper
o EDI (ODETTE or ANSI protocols)
o File schedules transmitted by fax, telex, etc.

REQUEST CODE

1 - Schedules requiring manual transmission. If this option is selected, only schedules with a next transmission date less than or equal to today's date will be displayed.
2 - All vendors. This option allows you to view all schedules, regardless of the next transmission date, for a specified planner.
COMMAND KEYS
