PLANT
Display only. The plant where the part is made.
BASE CURRENCY
Display only. Base currency associated with company/location that is assigned to the manufacturing company/warehouse in this plant. Cost information on the screen is expressed in this currency.
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. The part for which cost information is displayed.
OPERATION NUMBER
Display only. The operation being performed. The screen shows the costs incurred when this step in the manufacturing process is performed for the part.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Display only. The workcenter where the operation is performed. The information on this screen represents the costs incurred for the part at this workcenter.
STANDARD LABOR HOURS
Display only. The standard amount of labor required to perform this operation for one part or batch.
STANDARD MACHINE HOURS
Display only. The standard amount of machine time required to perform this operation for one part or batch.
RATE CODE
Display only. The rate code associated with the cost, defined on Reference File category C17.
APPLICATION BASIS (M/L APPL)
Display only. For an overhead rate, this indicates whether the rate is to be applied to labor hours or machine hours. If the workcenter is labor-paced, overhead must be applied to labor hours.
COST TYPE (CST TYP)
Display only. Indicates whether the rate is to be considered a labor cost or an overhead cost.
RATE
Display only. The cost per hour for the rate, as defined in the base currency shown.
COST
Display only. If the rate code has a labor application basis, the cost is the standard labor hours multiplied by the rate. If the rate code has a machine application basis, the cost is the standard machine hours multiplied by the rate. The cost is defined in the base currency shown above.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the labor screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F7 - Display the material detail for the part.
F8 - Display the labor detail for the part.
F11 - Display summary costs for the part.
F12 - Display the cost elements for the part.
