Description - Text describing the operation.
W/C No - Number of the workcenter where the operation is performed, as specified on the routing. The material labor and overhead rates defined for this workcenter were used to calculate the costs.
Op Ty - The type of the operation. Indicates if the operation is a master or standard operation. Also indicates what type of overlap is allowed for the operation.
Labor Hours - The number of labor hours per unit used for this operation.
Machine Load - The machine load per unit incurred for the operation.
RC - The rate code used to calculate costs.
Material - Standard material cost incurred at this operation to produce one piece or batch of the part.
Labor - Standard labor cost incurred at this operation to produce one piece or batch of the part.
Overhead - Standard burden cost incurred at this operation to produce one piece or batch of the part.
Total - Material Cost + Labor Cost + Overhead Cost
