This screen is used to review the Production Schedule Report with Availability/Load Calculation request. Immediate requests may not be reviewed.
PLANT
Display only. The plant for which the production schedule information will be printed. The plant must be defined on the Plant/Warehouse Description File, and you must be authorized to the plant on Reference File category 409.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Display only. The production center for which you want a report to be produced.
FAMILY
Display only. The production center family for which you wish a report to be produced. All the production centers for this family will be processed. If you enter a family in this field, it must be defined on Reference File category D77.
ALL
Display only. If you selected this field, all of the plant's production centers will be processed.
PERIOD START DATE
Display only. The first day of the period for which the report will be produced.
NUMBER OF WEEKS
Display only. The number of weeks to be analyzed beginning from the period start date. If this field was left blank on the Production Schedule Report Request Availability/Load Calculation screen (JT310S03), it will default to 1 week for daily requests and 5 weeks for weekly requests.
PART SELECTION CRITERIA
There are three part selection criteria fields, of which you could have selected none or all. Parts having a production schedule are always reported.
PARTS WITH DEMAND
Display only. If there is an X in this field, parts with demand in the production center being processed will be reported. This field also includes those parts that do not have production scheduled for the specified dates.
ALL RELATIONSHIPS
Display only. If this field is selected, all parts having a part/production center relationship with the selected production center will be reported.
FAMILY
Display only. Only the selected parts with this family are reported. If you entered a family, it must be defined on Reference File category 423.
Note: This field is not used as the Initial Family field in the Production Schedule Maintenance and Inquiry.
SKU/CONTAINER
Display only. Valid values are:
1 - The quantities on the report represent the actual number of single items.
2 - The quantities on the report represent the number of containers. The following formula calculates the number of containers:
Number of Single Items ----------------------- = X (Rounded to the Container Quantity higher value)
BAR CODE DATA
Display only. Valid values are:
Y - The part number is printed in both bar code and characters. You must use an IPDS printer.
N - Bar coding is not used.
PRINT IMMEDIATELY
Display only. Because only immediate requests can be reviewed, this field defaults to N (no). For the production schedule request, this field must be one of the following values:
Y - Submit the batch job to run immediately.
N - No, do not submit the job to run automatically. The job must be submitted manually via System Processing.
REQUESTOR
Display only. The ID of the person requesting the report.
FREQUENCY
Display only. This field determines the frequency of the request. Valid values are:
1 - Daily request
2 - Weekly request
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit to menu.
F5 - Display previous transaction.
F6 - Display next transaction.
F9 - Return to the screen from which you requested the transaction review.
F14 - Delete this transaction.
F21 - New Reference ID.
