This screen displays machine hours transactions entered through the Machine Time Recording Program. Transactions on and after the starting date are displayed for the machine specified on the Function Select screen.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File Category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
MACHINE NUMBER
Display only. The machine number assigned to the workcenter.
STARTING DATE
Display only. The starting date for the transaction to viewed. Must be a valid date not greater than the current date.
TRANSACTION TYPE
Display only. Either D - Direct or I - Indirect.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Display only. This is the workcenter entered on the Function Select screen. It must be a valid workcenter on the Workcenter Master File (ME100M).
PART NUMBER
Display only. The part number(s) routed through this workcenter.
OPERATOR
Display only. The employee number working at the workcenter.
SHIFT NUMBER
Display only. This is the shift the employee is assigned to. It is retrieved from the Employee Master File (CF150M).
INDIRECT HOURS CODE
Display only. Indicates the task on which the indirect hours were charged. This code must exist on the Reference File category 458.
MACHINE HOURS
Display only. The number of labor hours assigned to that machine or employee.
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. The starting date for the transaction to be viewed. Must be a valid date not greater than the current date.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F11 - Enter the Employee Time Recording Maintenance Program.
F12 - Enter the Machine Time Recording Maintenance Program.
F13 - Enter the Miscellaneous Cost Allocation Maintenance Program.
