This conversation displays time recording transactions for the workcenter, employee, or machine specified on this screen.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File Category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Required for workcenter inquiries. To view miscellaneous cost transactions, enter a workcenter number greater than or equal to 900 (an outside processing workcenter number). To view all labor and machine hours transactions for a standard workcenter, enter the standard workcenter number. The workcenter must be active on the Workcenter Master File. If this field is entered, the Employee Number and Machine Number fields must be left blank.
EMPLOYEE NUMBER
Required for labor hours inquiries. Enter the number of the employee whose labor hours transactions you wish to view. This must be a valid employee number on the Employee File (SF150M). If this field is entered, the Workcenter Number and Machine Number fields must be left blank.
MACHINE NUMBER
Required for machine hours inquiries. Enter the number of the machine for which to view machine hours. This must be a valid machine number on the Machine/Tool File (SF140M).
STARTING DATE
Required. Enter the earliest date for which hours transactions should be displayed. This must not be later than today's date. This field is displayed initially with today's date.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display detail screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F11 - Enter the Employee Time Recording Maintenance Program.
F12 - Enter the Machine Time Recording Maintenance Program.
F13 - Enter the Miscellaneous Cost Allocation Maintenance Program.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
