This conversation allows you to maintain the amounts scheduled for production in the production center associated with the specified part. You are allowed to maintain the production scheduled on the begin date and into the future.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File Category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
PART NUMBER
Required. The part number selected must be a valid JIT part on the Part Master File and must have a production center associated with it. The part must have a part status that is valid for flow authorizations, as defined on the Reference File, category D88.
BEGIN DATE
Optional. Enter the first date on which scheduled production will be displayed for maintenance. The date entered must be equal to or greater than the system date and a working day on the calendar file. This field defaults to the system date.
CALCULATE LOAD
Required. Valid values are:
Y - Calculate and display the Percent Load for the specified part under each production center.
N - Do not calculate Percent Load.
This field defaults to N.
PLANNED ACTIVITY
Required. This field determines which activity should be included in the available quantity calculations. Manufacturing orders, purchase requisitions, component requirements, and transfer requisitions will be included or excluded from the calculations based on their status and the value of this flag. Valid values as defined on Reference File category D84 are:
Y - Include firmed, open, and planned manufacturing orders; firmed, released, and planned purchase requisitions; open component requirements; and released and planned transfer requisitions.
R - Include firmed and open manufacturing orders; firmed and released purchase requisitions; open component requirements of open and firmed manufacturing orders; and released transfer requisitions.
N - Include firmed and open manufacturing orders, and open component requirements of open and firmed manufacturing orders.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F7 - Enter the Daily Production Schedule By Production Center Maintenance Program.
F8 - Enter the Weekly Production Schedule By Production Center Maintenance Program.
F9 - Enter the Production Schedule Inquiry Program.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
