This screen is used to add, change or delete employee numbers, names, pay rates, and currency codes.
EMPLOYEE NUMBER
Required. Must exist on the employee file for change or delete transactions. Must not exist on the file for add transactions.
EMPLOYEE NAME
Required. User-defined, must be nonblank and left-justified.
EMPLOYEE PAY RATE
Optional. The employee pay rate is displayed if the Job Costing module is installed. If entered, must be numeric; otherwise, defaults to zero.
CURRENCY CODE
Required. Displayed only if the Job Costing (JA) module is installed and if the system option is set for multiple currency processing. Enter the employee currency code. The currency code must exist on the Currency Master File.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Update the Employee File and return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without updating changes.
F15 - Clear input fields.
