This screen allows you to request the Scrap Expense reports (JT530A and JT530B). You can request the summary report or both the summary and the detailed reports. Both reports list scrapped quantities and scrap expenses. The detailed report provides this information for each reason code, part, center, family, plant, and company. The summary report contains only totals for product family, plant, and company.
PLANT
Required. The plant for which scrap information will be printed. The plant must be defined on the Plant/ Warehouse Description File, and you must be authorized to the plant on Reference File category 409. The field defaults to the plant associated with your sign-on ID on Reference File category 428.
PRODUCT FAMILY
Optional. Allows you to restrict the report(s) to a single product family. If entered, this field must be defined on Reference File category D77.
PERIOD START DATE
Optional. Only scrap transactions posted on this date or after this date will be included in the report.
PERIOD END DATE
Optional. Only transactions posted on this date or before this date will be included in the report.
PRINT DETAIL
Required. Allows you to specify whether you want the detailed report in addition to the summary report. Valid values are:
Y - Yes, print both reports.
N - No, print only the summary report.
PRINT IMMEDIATELY
Required. Allows you to indicate when the batch job that will produce the report should be run. Valid values are:
Y - Submit the batch job to run immediately.
N - No, do not submit the job automatically. The job must be submitted manually in another step.
REQUESTOR
Optional. Text identifying the person who requested the report. The text will be printed on the report. No validation is performed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing request.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Review a report request by invoking the JIT Transaction Review Program.
F15 - Respecify all of the screen fields.
F16 - Change the output queue to which the report request will be sent.
