This screen is used to request a Production or Requirements Schedule Report for a specified production center and report period.
PLANT
Required. This is the plant for which the production schedule information will be printed. The plant must be defined on the Plant/Warehouse Description File and you must be authorized to the plant as defined on Reference File category 409. The field defaults to the plant associated with your sign-on ID as defined on Reference File category 428. You may change the default plant by using F17-New Plant.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Optional if you enter request code 1. Required if you enter request codes 2-4. Enter the production center for which you wish a report to be produced.
PERIOD START DATE
Optional. Enter the start date of the period for which the report will be produced. If you selected request codes 2-4 and you leave the period start date field blank, the system date defaults to this field.
PRINT IMMEDIATELY
Required. This field allows you to specify when the batch job that produces the production schedule report should be run. Valid values are:
Y - Submit the batch job to run immediately.
N - Do not submit the batch job to run immediately. The job must be submitted manually through System Processing.
REQUESTOR
Optional. Enter the ID of the person requesting the report.
FREQUENCY
Required. Valid values are:
1 - Daily request
2 - Weekly request
REQUEST CODE
Required. Enter one of the options (1-4) listed on the screen.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing request.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Review a report request by invoking the JIT Transaction Review Program.
F15 - Respecify the production center or start date.
F16 - Change the output queue to which the report request will be sent.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
