This screen is used to review the flow receipts that were added on the Mass Entry screen (JT120S03). If the Immediate Processing option is set to 'N', you may change the following fields: Revision Level, Quantity, Balance Type, Using Stock Location, Lot Number, and Lot FIFO Date. If the Immediate Processing option is set to 'Y', you may not change the values in the above-mentioned fields because the flow receipts have already been posted.
PLANT
Display only. The plant where the flow receipts are processed. You may select a different plant on the Function Select screen (JT120S01).
NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS
Display only. This field identifies the number of flow receipts that have been entered.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Display only. This field identifies the production center where the received part was manufactured.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The part that has been received.
REVISION LEVEL
Optional. Only components effective for this revision level of the parent part will be backflushed.
QUANTITY RECEIVED
Required. The quantity of the received parent parts, expressed as single items.
BALANCE TYPE
Required. Enter the balance type into which the part is to be received. The balance type must be one of four types defined for the system on the System Control File. If you leave this field blank, it will default to balance type 1 - on hand for manufacturing.
PRODUCING LOCATION
Optional. The contents of this field depend on the part's relief type and CONBON Control Code as defined on the Part Master File.
LOT NUMBER
Required for lot-controlled parts. Do not enter a lot number if the part is non-lot-controlled. You have several options:
o You may enter an existing lot number in this field. The lot number must exist on the Lot Control File, and it must be a manufacturing lot type with a status of open.
o You may create a new lot by entering a new lot number in this field.
o If Automatic Lot Number Assignment has been set to Y (yes) in Reference File category Y34, a lot can be assigned automatically using the next available lot number.
o If Automatic Lot Number Assignment has been set to N (no) in Reference File category Y34, a new lot number will not be assigned automatically. You may, however, enter either an existing lot number or a new lot number in this field. If you enter a new lot number in this field and press Enter, the lot number will be added to the Lot Control File (IC150M).
If the lot is on hold, an error message is displayed and the lot is reverse imaged. No inventory may be issued from or received into a lot that is on hold.
FIFO DATE
Optional. This field can be entered only if the part is lot controlled. This date is used to establish the age of the lot-controlled inventory so that the oldest inventory is used first and inventory obsolescence is minimized. This field is required if the part is lot-controlled and the lot FIFO date does not already exist.
SELECT FIELD
Optional. Type an X in this field and press F5 to access the Quality Control Specifications screen. Type an X in this field and press F9 to access the Stock Status screen.

F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
