MPW1756 Reversed image parts are multi-level backflushed
This screen allows you to view the production schedule for the specified production center. Current production and demand quantities are displayed initially for four consecutive workdays/weeks, starting with the current date. Future days/weeks may be displayed using the command keys.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Display only. The production center for which scheduled production is displayed.
SYNCHRONIZATION DATE
Display only. The last synch date for the production center being displayed.
CAPACITY
The daily production capacity of the production center.
CAPACITY UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. Capacity for the production center being displayed.
BEGIN DATE
Display only. The first day for which production schedule information is displayed (the current date).
END DATE
Display only. The ending date for which production schedules will be displayed.
PART NUMBER
The parts produced at the production center for which production schedule information is displayed. These parts are always valid manufacturing or build-through parts with a production type of JIT. The number of parts being displayed can be reduced by selecting various criteria for part display. Multi-level backflushed parts are displayed in reverse image. This reflects that the past due production quantity may be insignificant as the reporting of its completion will be delayed until the end product is completed.
UNIT OF MEASURE
The unit of measure for each part.
OVER/UNDER
The quantity by which production of the part is ahead of or behind schedule for the current flow interval.
DAILY/WEEKLY PRODUCTION
The quantity of parts to be produced at this production center for this day or week, depending on the option chosen on the Function Select screen.
The over/under production quantity is calculated by subtracting a flow authorization receipt quantity from the part's expected production quantity. If this quantity has an asterisk (*) next to it, then the part's scheduled production in this production center is greater than the receipt quantity, which means that this part is behind schedule. If no asterisk is displayed next to the quantity, then more parts have been received in this production center than were scheduled for production. This means that the part is ahead of production.
SIGN
Display only. The numeric sign of the display quantity.
DAILY/WEEKLY AVAILABILITY
Display only. When Calculate Availability is requested from the Function Select screen, the amounts available for manufacturing for each part are displayed. Otherwise, the amounts will be formatted to zeros. The availability is displayed by pressing F12-Fold Truncate. This availability figure does not include the forecast amount, nor does it include nonposted changes to the production schedule.
PRODUCTION CENTER TOTAL LOAD
The daily/weekly production multiplied by each part's run units and accumulated for each day/week.
CAPACITY PERCENTAGE
Total load produced at the production center on a given day/week as a percentage of daily production center capacity.
