This conversation allows you to view the amounts scheduled for production for all JIT parts made in a production center.
This screen allows you to specify the production center for display, as well as whether you wish to see daily or weekly production scheduled. Production for the current day/week is displayed along with production scheduled for the next three days/weeks. Additional schedules may be displayed using the function keys on the detail screen.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Required. Enter the production center for which production schedule information will be displayed. All manufacturing or build-through parts produced in this production center are displayed on the detail screen.
BEGINNING DATE
Optional. If a value is entered, it must be numeric, right-justified, a valid date defined in the Calendar File (CT140M), and it must be greater than today's date. The default is the first working day after today's date.
ENDING DATE
Optional. If a value is entered, it must be numeric and right-justified. The default is the last valid working day on the Calendar File (CT140M).
PARTS WITH DEMAND
Optional. Must be either blank (do not select) or X (select option).
ALL RELATIONSHIPS
Optional. Must be either blank (do not select) or X (select option). If you enter an X in this field, all parts that have a relationship with the production center on this screen will be loaded and displayed on the Detail screen.
CALCULATE AVAILABILITY
Required. Must be either Y (calculate availability) or N (do not calculate availability).
PLANNED ACTIVITY
Required (if the Calculate Availability Flag is yes). Optional (if the Calculate Availability Flag is no). This field determines which activity should be included in the available quantity calculations. Manufacturing orders, purchase requisitions, component requirements, and transfer requisitions will be included or excluded from the calculations based on their status and the value of this flag. Valid values as defined on Reference File category D84 are:
Y - Include firmed, open, and planned manufacturing orders; firmed, released, and planned purchase requisitions; open component requirements; and released and planned transfer requisitions.
R - Include firmed and open manufacturing orders; firmed and released purchase requisitions; open component requirements of open and firmed manufacturing orders; and released transfer requisitions.
N - Include firmed and open manufacturing orders, and open component requirements of open and firmed manufacturing orders.
INITIAL FAMILY
Optional. Must be blanks or be a valid family ID on the Reference File category 423.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F7 - Enter the Part Production Schedule Inquiry
F8 - Enter the Daily conversation of Daily/Weekly Production Schedule Maintenance.
F9 - Enter the Weekly conversation of Daily/Weekly Production Schedule Maintenance.
F11 - Enter the Time Phased Part Availability Inquiry Program.
F17 - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
