Flow Interval
Flow Interval
To help plan flow authorizations, which indicate a daily rate of part production between two dates, the system uses planning periods called flow intervals. Flow intervals are user-defined time periods that define the maximum length of flow authorizations and flow requirements. The system initially plans flow authorizations and flow requirements by flow intervals, but the user may adjust them to span any desired number of days greater than or equal to one week.
