This screen shows details of inventory transactions processed against the requested part in descending date and time sequence that occurred between the from and to dates entered on the Function Select screen.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. The company/warehouse in which the inquiry is being performed.
PART NUMBER/PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. The part number and description of the part entered on the Function Select screen for the transaction history inquiry.
STOCKKEEPING UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The unit of measure in which the part is stocked in the warehouse.
PRODUCTION TYPE
Display only. The production type of the specified part. Production types are defined on Reference File category C01.
TODAYS BALANCE
Display only. The current inventory position for the part.
FROM DATE BALANCE
Display only. The inventory balances for the part are calculated as of the specified from date. If a default date was used, the balance reflects all purged transactions.
TO DATE BALANCE
Display only. The inventory balances for the part are calculated as of the specified to date.
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. The date on which the inventory transaction took place.
TRANSACTION TIME
Display only. The time of the inventory transaction on the specified transaction date.
REFERENCE NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the operator responsible for the transaction.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Display only. The function description shows the type of inventory transaction being displayed. Valid values are:
RCT - Purchase order, manufacturing order, and flow/production schedule receipts.
ISS - Component issue, MRP or JIT parts.
SHIP - Sales order shipment, Synchro shipment, cash sale, or debit/credit note.
RET - Shipment return.
SRA - Miscellaneous adjustment transaction.
TFR - Stock transfer.
CCA - Cycle count adjustment.
MTU - Unplanned usage issues.
DDT - Deduct point issues.
BYP - By-Product Receipt (produced component)
ORDER NUMBER/SRA CODE/TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION
Display only. Shows the order number, proposal/shipment number (for Synchro), adjustment code, or document number relating to the transaction. For a purchase order receipt, the receipt number is listed below the purchase order number. For a stock transfer, either 'FROM' or 'TO' will be shown depending on which side of the transfer is being displayed. This field will show the description designated for each part transaction. If the part is affected by a transfer, the transfer order number and line number will appear in the right hand side of the field and either "FROM" or "TO" will appear on the left hand side of the field, showing the direction of the transaction (either from or to that company/warehouse for the part specified). For a flow receipt, 'FLOW' and the production center number will appear.
INVENTORY CHANGE
Display only. The inventory effect of the specified transaction. All transactions which increase inventory will be positive, those which decrease inventory will be negative.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. The balance type affected by the transaction.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The stock location against which the transaction was processed.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. The lot number relating to the inventory transaction. Only displayed for a lot-controlled part in a lot-controlled environment.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from the Inventory Location Status Inquiry, pressing F3 will return you to that inquiry.
F6 - Display a second line of information for each record. When the second line is displayed, F6 removes it.
F11 - Display the Transaction History Select screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
F12 - Display the Inventory Stock Status detail screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
F13 - Display the Warehouse Stock Status detail screen for the given part number.
