This screen is used to request the Obsolete Parts report and to review requests for the report that have already been submitted. The Obsolete Parts report lists all parts with on-hand inventory or future availability that have no current or future demand after an activity horizon date that can be entered on this screen.
Forecast quantities will be considered for a company/warehouse if the Display Forecast Demand flag on Reference File category N35 is set to 'Y'. Selected parts will be printed using sort criteria Company/Warehouse/Family ID/Part Number.
This screen is displayed in two modes: in standard input mode when the report request is called from the application menu and in display only mode when called from the transaction review option. When in transaction review mode, you can use the function keys to review and delete any batch jobs that have been requested but not yet submitted.
