This screen displays detailed information related to a selected manufacturing order. Several function keys are provided on this screen to allow easy access to information related to the manufacturing order, the parent part, and the component parts. Some of the function keys are "fast path" calls into other programs (primarily order and parent part related function keys), while the "F13=Time-Phased P/A" and "F12=Stock Status" keys are direct calls when selecting a component so that control is returned to this program (and this order) when the component information has been reviewed. Please review the function key glossary at the end of this help text page for complete details.
PLANT
Display only. The plant in which the inquiry is being done.
MANUFACTURING ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The system or manually assigned number associated with the manufacturing order.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. The job number associated with the manufacturing order.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The number of the part specified on the line.
PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. This field provides more information for identifying the part.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The unit of measure for the line item part.
HOLD CODE
Display only. The manufactured configured hold code set in manufacturing order maintenance.
ORIGIN SALES ORDER LINE
Display only. Displays the sales order number, release number, and line number where the manufacturing order originated. This field only displays for configured manufacturing orders.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. The valid order status codes are:
P - Planned
F - Firmed
O - Open
C - Closed
Z - Accounting Closed
ORDER DATE
Display only. The date on which the order was defined.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. The number of units to be produced.
ORDER TYPE
Display only. Possible values are:
MFG - Manufacturing
RWK - Rework order
ORDER START DATE
Display only. The date on which the order is scheduled to start.
QUANTITY RECEIVED
Display only. The number of completed units received into inventory.
PLANNER CODE
Display only. Identifies a planner or analyst responsible for the order.
ORDER DUE DATE
Display only. The date on which the order is due.
BALANCE DUE
Display only. The number of units ordered but not received into inventory.
SHOP PAPERWORK CODE
Display only. Defines the paperwork to be printed when the order is opened.
DATE CLOSED
Display only. The date on which the order was closed.

ORDER POLICY
Display only. Possible values are:
A/R - As Required
F/T - Fixed Time
F/Q - Fixed Quantity
P/C - Physical Control
DATE LAST ACTIVITY
Display only. The date that activity of any kind was reported against the order.
ACTUAL SCRAP RATE
Display only. The scrap that has actually been recorded against the order, calculated when the Shop Floor module is installed by dividing the reported scrap by total order quantity. If the cumulative scrap is greater than or equal to the order quantity, 9's are moved into the Scrap Rate field.
SELECT
Optional. Type an 'X' to select a specific component and press F12 to see inventory stock status, F13 to see component time-phased part availability, F14 to see a summary of manufacturing orders for the component, and F23 to see the expanded configuration code for the selected part/configuration code combination.
COMPONENT PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. Each part that was defined as a component of the order is listed here.
SEQUENCE NUMBER
Optional. This user-assigned field uniquely identifies an occurrence of a component requirement for the manufacturing order. If the component is not configuration-coded, the sequence must be 0 and only one occurrence of the component is allowed for the order. If the component is configuration-coded, the sequence number may be non-zero and identifies the specific occurrence of this component.
ISSUE CODE
Display only. Defines the material issue method to be used for the part. Valid values are:
R - Requisition issue method. The issue of material must be reported for this component.
S - Simultaneous issue and receipt method. The issue of material is recorded automatically when the receipt of the manufactured item is reported.
T - JIT multi-level backflushing method. The issue and receipt of a component part, or a stock transfer of the component part (depending on the part type) occurs when a flow receipt or a manufacturing order receipt is entered against the parent. Issue and receipts occur for manufactured part type (2). Stock transfers occur for transfer part type (8).
If the issue code for a part is 'S' or 'T', either standard SIR processing or multiple location backflushing is used depending on the setting of the Multiple Location Backflushing flag, which is found on Reference File category 436. If this flag is set to 'N', standard SIR processing is used. If this flag is set to 'Y', multiple location backflushing is used.
COMPONENT STATUS
Display only. Valid values are:
O - Open
C - Closed
X - Canceled
USAGE CODE
Display only. This code is used to determine whether a component part will be consumed (C) by the parent part or produced (P) as a result of making the parent part. Any part type may be a by-product of a manufacturing process.
REQUIRED QUANTITY
Display only. The expected requirement for the component, inflated by the component scrap factor.
QUANTITY ISSUED
Display only. The quantity of material actually issued to the order to date.
BALANCE TO ISSUE
Display only. The quantity remaining to be issued, based on the Required Quantity.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
COMMAND KEYS
