This screen displays all manufacturing orders for a selected part.  Several function keys are provided on this screen to easily transfer between various Inventory Control inquiry conversations.  Please review the function key glossary at the end of this help text page for complete details.

PLANT

Display only.  The plant in which the inquiry is being done.

PART NUMBER/PART DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The part number entered on the Function Select screen, along with the part's standard description immediately to the right.

UNIT OF MEASURE

Display only.  The stockkeeping unit of measure associated with the part.

ORDER POLICY

Display only.  Possible values are:

A/R - As Required

F/T - Fixed Time

F/Q - Fixed Quantity

P/C - Physical Control

SELECT

Optional.  Place an 'X' in this field next to an order number and press F8 to access the Order Shortage Detail screen; F9 to access the Manufacturing Order Maintenance Function Select screen; F11 to access the Labor Requirements Inquiry Function Select screen; and F14 to access the M.O. Status screen.  To access the Inventory Stock Status Detail screen or the Time-Phased Part Availability Select screen, do not type an 'X,' but press F12 or F13, respectively.

ORDER NUMBER

Display only.  The system or manually assigned number associated with the manufacturing order.

ORDER STATUS

Display only.  The order status code:

P - Planned

F - Firmed

O - Open (or Released)

C - Closed

Z - Accounting Closed

ORDER TYPE

Display only.  Possible order types are:

MFG - Manufacturing order

RWK - Rework order

PLANNER CODE

Display only.  The planner responsible for the order.

JOB NUMBER

Display only.  The job number of the part if it is job-controlled.

ORDER START DATE

Display only.  The date on which the order is scheduled to start.

ORDER DUE DATE

Display only.  The date on which the order is due.

ORDER DATE

Display only.  The date that the order was created.

ORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  The number of units to be produced.

QUANTITY RECEIVED

Display only.  The number of completed units received into inventory.

CONFIGURATION CODE

Display only.  This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part.  It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.

BALANCE DUE

Display only.  The number of units ordered but not received into inventory.

DATE LAST RECEIPT

Display only.  The date on which the last receipt was recorded into inventory.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Exit the program and return to menu.  If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.

F8   -  Display the Order Shortage Inquiry detail screen for the selected order number.

F9   -  Display Manufacturing Order Maintenance Select screen, defaulting the selected order number.

F11  -  Display the Labor Requirements Inquiry Select screen (if the Shop Floor module is installed) using the selected order number as the default.

F12  -  Display the Inventory Stock Status detail screen for the part number associated with the order (no record selection needed).

F13   - Display the Time-Phased Part Availability Select screen with part number displayed defaulted to the screen.

F14   - Display the M.O. Status Inquiry detail screen for the selected order number.

F18   - Call the standard Comments Master Maintenance Program (CF190E) to add comments to the manufacturing order.  Comments can be viewed for rework orders either with or without components.

F23   - Display the Expanded Configuration Code Window which allows you to view the expanded description for a part/configuration code combination.

F24   - Display additional command keys that are valid for the current screen.
