This screen is used to request the Manufacturing Order Status Exception Report. The report provides a time-phased list of manufacturing orders for which exception conditions have been detected, based on the order status, order release horizon date and activity recorded against the order. Exceptions include:
- Order has not been released.
- The picking list has not been printed.
- The Manufacturing Order has not been printed.
- The order has not been picked.
- No receipts have been recorded against past due order.
- The start dates of the order and of the first operation differ.
- The due dates of the order and of the last operation differ.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant for which the M.O. Exception Report will be printed. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
ORDER STATUS EXCEPTION REPORT
Enter 'X' to request the Manufacturing Order Status Exception Report.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the report request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit and return to main menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F16 - Allows the user to change the output location.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
