This screen is used to request a detailed display of open manufacturing orders within either a time horizon or activity date and optionally for a specific analyst.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which the manufacturing order close will be done. The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to the user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
HORIZON DATE
Display only. This shows the horizon date that will limit the detailed display. Orders with start dates after this date will not be shown. The horizon date is updated through the Component Availability and Order Shortage report request or through the Plant / Warehouse maintenance conversation in Design Engineering.
LAST SHORTAGE RUN DATE
Display only. The date that the Component Availability and Order Shortage report was last run.
PLANNER CODE
Optional. The manufacturing orders may be selected for a particular planner or for all planners. Enter the required planner or leave blank if all orders are to be considered. Must exist on the Reference File (Category 235).
HORIZON DATE
Optional. If entered it will further limit the order selection displayed on the detail screen. Must be less than horizon date for plant/warehouse. This field is used only with request codes 1 and 2.
ACTIVITY DATE
Optional. If entered it will further limit the order selection on the detail screen by displaying only orders with a last activity date less than or equal to the date entered. Must be less than the system date. This field is used only with request code 3.
REQUEST CODE
Required. Enter one of the valid request codes.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display detail screen.
F2 - Displays a command window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without update.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F17 - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
