This screen shows details of inventory transactions processed against the requested part, location and lot in descending date and time sequence back as far as the schedule date entered on the Function Select screen.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Inventory transactions are shown for this company/warehouse.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The number of the part specified on the Function Select screen and its description for which the inquiry is being performed.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The unit of measure in which the part is stocked.
PRODUCTION TYPE
Display only. The production type of the specified part. Production types are defined on Reference File category C01.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The stocking location in the manufacturing company and warehouse for which the inquiry is being performed.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. If the part is lot-controlled, this field displays the lot number associated with the part.
JOB/GROUP NUMBER
Displayed only if the Job Control module is installed. If the part is job controlled, the number of the job or job group to which the part is assigned.
JOB/GROUP DESCRIPTION
Displayed only if the Job Control module is installed. The description associated with the job or job group.
JOB STATUS CODE
Display only. Displayed only if the Job Control module is installed. The status of the job. Possible values are O (open), C (closed), or Z (costing closed).
TODAY'S BALANCE
Display only. The current inventory position for the part at the requested stock location.
COUNT BALANCE
Display only. The inventory balances for the part calculated on the specified cycle count date and time.
REPORT BALANCE
Display only. The inventory balances for the part calculated at the beginning of the specified schedule date.
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. The date on which the inventory transaction took place. The date field will be highlighted for those transactions which took place between the cycle count date and today.
TRANSACTION TIME
Display only. The time of the inventory transaction on the specified transaction date.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Display only. The function description shows the type of inventory transaction being displayed. Valid values are:
RCT - Purchase or manufacturing order receipt
ISS - Component issue
SHIP - Sales order shipment, cash sale, Synchro shipment, debit/credit note
RET - Shipment return
SRA - Miscellaneous adjustment transaction
TFR - Stock transfer
CCA - Cycle count adjustment
BYP - By-Product Receipt (produced component)
DDT - Deduct Issue
MTU - Unplanned Usage Issue
PARENT PART
Display only. Parent part will show the part number in all cases except for a transfer order transaction; here it will show either "FROM" or "TO" as a description of the transfer activity.
ORDER NUMBER OR SRA(SHIPMENTS, RETURNS, ADJUSTMENTS)
Display only. Shows the order number, proposal/shipment number (for Synchro), adjustment code, or document number relating to the transaction. For a stock transfer, the Transfer Order number will be shown in this field if this is a stock transaction originating in Transfer Control.
INVENTORY CHANGE
Display only. The inventory effect of the specified transaction. All transactions which increase inventory will be positive, those which decrease inventory will be negative.
RUNNING ON-HAND BALANCE
Display only. This field displays the resulting balance on-hand for each transaction. The information in this field is displayed when the F6 - Fold/Truncate key is pressed.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. The balance type affected by the transaction.
REFERENCE NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the operator responsible for the transaction.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Displays a command window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F6 - Displays additional inventory transaction information.
F9 - Enter the cycle count adjustment program.
F12 - Display the Inventory Stock Status Detail screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
F13 - Display the Warehouse Stock Status Detail screen for the given part number.
F14 - Display the Part Transaction History Detail screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
