This screen is used to request the inventory transaction history for a part, stock location, lot number (if applicable), and job/group number (if applicable). The transactions are displayed in reverse date sequence and stock balances calculated for today's date, the requested cycle count date, and the requested schedule date.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Required. Enter the required company and warehouse.
JOB/GROUP NUMBER
Optional (only if the Job Control module is installed). Enter the job/group number to be reviewed.
PART NUMBER
Required. Enter the part number to be reviewed. Planning, reference, non-stock, and bundle part types are not valid because they cannot have inventory.
STOCK LOCATION
Required. Enter the stock location for which the requested part's transactions are to be reviewed.
LOT NUMBER
Required for lot control parts; must be blank otherwise. Enter the specific lot number of the part for which transactions are to be reviewed. The lot must be entered for a lot-controlled part in a lot-controlled environment but may not be entered otherwise.
CYCLE COUNT DATE
Required. Enter the date that the cycle count for the part was performed or the date at which an inventory balance calculation is required. Today's date will be defaulted.
CYCLE COUNT TIME
Required. Enter the time that the cycle count was performed on the cycle count date or the time on the requested date for which an inventory balance calculation is required. The current time is defaulted.
SCHEDULE DATE
Required. Enter the date after which transactions will be displayed. All transactions in reverse date sequence will be displayed up to and including this date. For environments using cycle counting, the date that the selected company/warehouse was last requested for a count will be defaulted.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display detail screens.
F2 - Displays a command window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the cycle count adjustment program.
F12 - Display the Inventory Stock Status Detail screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
F13 - Display the Warehouse Stock Status screen for the part number displayed.
F14 - Display the Part Transaction History screen for the part number displayed.
F17 - Change the co/whs in which the user is currently working.
