This screen displays all stock locations within the requested warehouse in which the part is stocked. You will only see this screen if you are viewing a part which is configured costed.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. The company/warehouse in which the inquiry is being made.
PART NUMBER/PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. The part number entered on the Function Select screen, along with the main description immediately to the right.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The stockkeeping unit of measure associated with the part.
PART TYPE
Display only. The part type defined for the part. Valid part types are defined on Reference File category 405.
PRODUCTION TYPE
Display only. The production type associated with the part, either MRP or JIT, as defined on Reference File category C01.
ON-HAND QUANTITY - MFG (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The inventory currently held in the On-Hand balance type. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
ALLOCATED QUANTITY - MFG (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The inventory quantity that is required for manufacturing or customer orders. For MRP parts, this is the Allocated Quantity which is updated on the Warehouse Balance file for this part when it is a component of a either a manufacturing order or a flow schedule record. For JIT parts, this is the Warehouse Balance Flow Requirement Allocated Quantity, which is updated when it is a component of either a manufacturing order or flow schedule record.
OTHER AVAILABLE - MFG (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The inventory amount currently held in balance types available for manufacturing planning, not including the On-Hand balance type. If any balances are available for both planning and distribution, and the Sales Order Planning flag for the warehouse is N, inventory reserved for customer orders is not included in this total. Inventory at associated distribution warehouses is included if they are available for planning. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
TOTAL BALANCE - DIST (Distribution Warehouses only)
Display only. For a distribution warehouse, this field contains the sum of the inventory held in balance types considered available for distribution. This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
RESERVED QUANTITY - DIST (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The quantity reserved to sales order and transfer order lines sourced out of this warehouse.
ON-ORDER QUANTITY - DIST (Distribution Warehouses only)
Display only. This is the quantity of this item currently on-order for the sourcing warehouse; for example, outstanding purchase orders for the item. This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure.
AVAILABLE QUANTITY - DIST (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. This is the quantity of inventory available for this item at the sourcing warehouse, taking into account inventory reserved for filling other sales orders and the quantity on backorder. This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
RESERVED QUANTITY - DIST (Distribution Warehouses only)
Display only. The quantity reserved to sales order and transfer order lines sourced out of this warehouse.
BACKORDERED QUANTITY - DIST
Display only. The total of backorder quantities on all open sales orders for the specified part in the specified warehouse.
WIP - JIT (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The quantity of parts issued to a JIT flow authorization, but not yet received in the form of its respective parent part(s). If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
ON-ORDER QTY - MFG (Manufacturing Warehouses only)
Display only. The quantity that has been ordered but not received against firm and open manufacturing, purchase, or transfer orders. For JIT manufactured parts, this is the sum of the Warehouse Balance On-Order Quantity (any outstanding purchase or transfer order quantities for the part) plus the Warehouse Balance Flow Authorization Supply Quantity (updated for firmed flow schedules by the Order Shortage program).
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. The Configuration Code field is a 'position to'/'search' field that allows you to display a list based on the entered search criteria. Use the Configuration Template Window to help populate your search criteria field. You can enter this window by pressing F23-Cfg Template. The lines before the beginning list value may be displayed by entering a new value in the Configuration Code field.
NOTE: This 'position to'/'search to' field will only process the 50-character configuration code, and does not include the expanded configuration code.
SELECT
Optional. Enter an 'X' in this field and press a command key to perform the function for the line item.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The stock location in which the inventory currently resides.
LAST TRANSACTION
Display only. The date that the last inventory transaction was recorded against the stock location for this part.
BALANCE
Display only. The inventory quantity held in the stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Indicates the balance type in which the quantity is held. Will be one of the four (4) user-defined balance types set up at the time of installation.
TOTAL
Display only. The sum of all inventory for the part in the stock location. This figure is the sum of all balance types. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. This field is displayed only if the part is lot controlled. It is the lot number that is associated with the inventory. If the lot number is displayed in reverse image, it means that the lot is on hold. No inventory may be issued from or received into a lot that is on hold.
LOT FIFO DATE
Display only. This field is displayed only if the part is lot controlled. It is used to establish the 'age' of the inventory so that the oldest inventory is used first and inventory obsolescence is minimized.
RESERVED QUANTITY
Display only. Used to define the quantity that is currently reserved for release.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Allows fast path call to the Inventory Update Transaction Stock Transfer screen and will carry along the current part number.
F11 - Displays the Inventory Transaction History Select screen with the part number and stock location, if selected, as defaults.
F12 - Enter the Stock Location inquiry detail screen for the selected stock location line.
F13 - Enter the Warehouse Stock Status inquiry program, bypassing the Function Select screen with the current part number.
F14 - Display the Expanded Configuration Code Window which allows you to view the expanded description for a part/configuration code combination.
F19 - This key is displayed only if the part is lot controlled and potency controlled. It recalculates the quantities that appear in the inventory total and balance fields and displays them as potent units. Press F19 against to redisplay the quantities as standard (SKU) units.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template Window which allows you to view/modify the Configuration Code more easily.
F24 - Press this key to display additional function keys.
