This screen displays a list of all parts that are stocked in the requested stocking location, and the inventory balance held for each.
For each item, three lines of information are displayed.
The first line displays the part number, the stockkeeping unit of measure, and the quantity held in each balance type. (If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent or standard units by pressing F19.)
The second line displays the description of the part, as well as the configuration code, if applicable.
The third line displays the lot number and the total inventory for the part/lot stocked at this location.
The Select field on the right edge of the screen allows specific part/location/lot information to be "carried along" when using the various Inventory Control inquiry function keys.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. The company/warehouse in which the inquiry is being made.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The stocking location in the manufacturing company/warehouse for which the inquiry is being performed.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The number of the part found in the specific stock location.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The unit of measure for the line item part.
BALANCE TYPE 1
Display only. The quantity of the specific part with this balance type within the specified stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent or standard units by pressing F19. Potent units are displayed in reverse image.
BALANCE TYPE 2
Display only. The quantity of the specific part with this balance type within the specified stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent or standard units by pressing F19. Potent units are displayed in reverse image.
BALANCE TYPE 3
Display only. The quantity of the specific part with this balance type within the specified stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent or standard units by pressing F19. Potent units are displayed in reverse image.
BALANCE TYPE 4
Display only. The quantity of the specific part with this balance type within the specified stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent or standard units by pressing F19. Potent units are displayed in reverse image.
PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. This field provides more information for identifying the part number.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
SELECT
Optional. Enter an 'X' in this field and then press a command key to perform the function for the line item.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. If the part is lot controlled, this field displays the lot number that is associated with the part. If the lot number is displayed in reverse image, it means that the lot is on hold. Inventory may not be issued from or received into a lot that is on hold.
If an asterisk is displayed beside a potency-controlled lot, a warning message is displayed indicating that the lot is not available for planning.
TOTAL BALANCE
Display only. The total balance of the part within the specified stock location. If the part is potency controlled, the total quantity may be displayed in potent or standard units by pressing F19. Potent units are displayed in reverse image.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F11 - Display the Transaction History Select screen for the company/warehouse, part and lot number.
F12 - Display the Inventory Stock Status detail screen for the company/warehouse and part number.
F13 - Display the Warehouse Stock Status detail screen for the given part number.
F14 - Display the Part Transaction History Inquiry Detail screen for the given part number.
F18 - Toggle between Part Description and Configuration code.
F19 - Toggle between standard units (SKU) and potent units.
