This screen allows you to specify the part or order for which you want to view customer order information.
o To list all orders for one part, type the part number in the Part/Order Number field and type 1 in the Request Code field.
o To view detailed information for one order, type the order number in the Part/Order Number field and type 2 in the Request Code field.
This option is displayed on the menu only if the Order Processing module is not installed or if the Order Processing flag is set to N on Reference File category 012.
PART NUMBER/ORDER NUMBER
Required. Enter an part number or customer order number.
o The part number must exist on the Part Master File.
o The customer order number must exist on the Customer Order Header File.
REQUEST CODE
Required. Must be either:
1 - List all customer orders for the part entered in the Part/Order Number field.
2 - Display detailed information for the customer order number entered in the Part/Order Number field.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the specified information.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Return to the Inventory Control - Material Planning Menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Customer Order Maintenance conversation. The order number entered in the Part/Order Number field is passed to the maintenance program.
