Displaying Quantities in Potent or Standard Units
Several modules display the planning balances, total balances, or on-hand quantities in terms of potent units or standard (stockkeeping) units on both screens and reports. This information is very important to planners when an exact quantity or percentage of a component is needed to create an end item. Several screens, in fact, allow you to display the quantities in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19. Refer to the following screen sample.
