Defining the Lot Control Option for a Part
Defining the Lot Control Option for a Part
You have the option of making each part non-lot controlled, lot controlled, or lot assignable. This option is displayed on the Part Master Maintenance Control screen (DE100S04). Parts across all plants must have the same lot control type. For example, if Part A in your Chicago plant is lot controlled, it must be lot controlled in your Detroit plant as well.
