This screen is used each month to request that projected demand data be uploaded from the forecasting package to Master Scheduling. You must enter the company, forecasting month, forecasting year, and demand type. Any or all of the remaining fields may be used to further specify what data is to be uploaded. For example, entering a warehouse will upload data only for parts belonging to the planner at the warehouse. If none of the optional fields are used, information for all parts at the company will be uploaded.
COMPANY
Required. The company whose projected demand data will be updated. The company must be defined on the Reference File (category 002). If a warehouse is entered, the company/warehouse combination must be defined on the Warehouse Description File.
WAREHOUSE
Optional. If entered, only data for parts at this warehouse will be uploaded. The company/warehouse combination must exist on the Warehouse Description File. If a part number is also entered, the warehouse/part number combination must be defined on the Warehouse Balance File.
FORECASTING MONTH/FORECASTING YEAR
Required. The current period. This is the first period for which forecast data should be uploaded. Demand forecasts will be uploaded for the 12 months immediately following this month.

NUMBER OF FROZEN PERIODS
Optional. The number of periods, beginning immediately after the Forecasting Month, for which demand should NOT be updated. For example, if Forecasting Month = 2 and Number of Frozen Periods = 3, demand will not be updated for periods 3, 4, or 5 but will be updated for the remaining 9 months.
